Claiborne Home Health is a hospital based home health agency proudly owned and operated by Homer Memorial Hospital since February 1991.  Our mission is to provide competent and cost effective health care services to the home health patient in a compassionate and respectful manner.  Home health provides professional and paraprofessional health care in the home setting for patients who do not require care or hospitalization on a 24 hour a day basis.  The physician must order the services and certify that the patient is homebound, needs skilled care and that the services are medically necessary.
